If the works are performed in accordance with the FIDIC book, which template must be used and how does in the Tender Dossier look?
A:
The overall purpose of the Tender Dossier is to provide additional information on layout, schedule and content of the tender documentation, even though the tender procedure is based on PRAG or FIDIC. In case of any misinterpretation, tenderer has the right to ask questions in order to solve that problem, including questions related to technical issues on drafting tender documentation.
