Činjenica da su rezultati postignuti uz razumne troškove, tj. koliko su dobro sredstva i aktivnosti prevedeni u rezultate, te je li ostvarena kvaliteta rezultata.
The fact that results were obtained at reasonable cost, i.e. how well means and activities were converted into results, and the quality of the results achieved.
