An annual overview prepared by the European Commission Services, in cooperation with the national authorities, of programmes and projects to be financed under CARDS funding for this particular year, on the basis of the priorities identified in the Multi-annual Indicative Programme (MIP) and in the long-term Country Strategy Paper (CSP). It is the basis for the Commission's Financing Proposal and the Financing Agreement between the Commission and the beneficiary country for the particular budget year.
Godišnji pregled koji pripremaju službe Europske komisije u suradnji s tijelima zemlje korisnika, programa i projekata, koji će se financirati iz programa CARDS za jednu godinu, na temelju prioriteta identificiranih u Višegodišnjem indikativnom programu (VIP-u) i dugoročnoj Strategiji EK za zemlju korisnicu (SEK). Temelj je za Komisijin Prijedlog za financiranje i Sporazum o financiranju između Komisije i zemlje korisnice za određenu proračunsku godinu.
