Kratica za eng. Interchange of Data between Administrations. Program Zajednice za razdoblje 2005.-2009. (uspostavljen Odlukom Europskog parlamenta i Vijeća br. 2004/387/EZ). Ukupna vrijednost programa za cijelo vrijeme njegova trajanja je 148,7 milijuna eura. Misija mu je financiranje provedbe politika i aktivnosti Zajednice kroz koordinaciju uspostave trans-europskih telematskih mreža između upravnih tijela. Budući da je u cijeloj Europi potrebno razmjenjivati podatke, IDA također služi kao važno sredstvo za redefiniranje poslovnih procesa u upravnim tijelima. Hrvatskoj je program otvoren za punopravno sudjelovanje u 2006. godini.

Abbreviation for Interchange of Data between Administrations. Community Programme for the period 2005-2009 (established by the Decision of the European Parliament and the Council No 2004/387/EC). The budget of the programme for its lifetime amounts to 148.7 million €. Its mission is to support the implementation of Community policies and activities by co-ordinating the establishment of Trans-European telematic networks between administrations. As data needs to be exchanged throughout Europe, IDA also acts as an important vehicle for the re-engineering of the working processes of the administrations. Croatia became eligible for full participation in the programme in 2006.
