U kontekstu strukturnih fondova u Financijskoj perspektivi 2000.-2006., osnovni programski dokument kojim EK i vlada zemlje članice utvrđuju potpore iz strukturnih fondova u slučajevima kad država prima manje od milijarde eura. Dokument sadrži iste informacije kao i Okvir za potporu Zajednice (OPZ) i Operativni programi (OP) u slučajevima kada država prima više od milijardu eura.
In the context of the Structural Funds in the Financial Perspective 2000-2006, the basic programming document by which the EC and a Member State government define Structural Funds assistance when the State receives less than 1 billion €. The document contains the same information as Community Support Framework (CSF) and Operational Programmes (OPs) which are developed in cases when a Member State receives more than 1 billion €.
