Program Unije u razdoblju 2000.-2006. koji osigurava bespovratna sredstva za projekte kulturne suradnje u svim područjima umjetnosti i kulture (scenska umjetnost, likovna i vizualna umjetnost, književnosti, kulturne baštine, kulturne povijesti, itd.). Program je uspostavljen Odlukom br. 508/2000/EZ Europskog parlamenta i Vijeća te produžen Odlukom br. 626/2004/EZ. U Financijskoj perspektivi 2007.-2013. zamjenjuje ga program Kultura 2007, uspostavljen odlukom br. 1855/2006/EZ. Njegov proračun iznosi 400 milijuna eura. Program provodi Izvršna agencija za obrazovanje, audiovizualni sektor i kulturu.
The EU Programme in the period 2000-2006 providing grants to cultural cooperation projects in all artistic and cultural fields (performing arts, plastic and visual arts, literature, heritage, cultural history, eto). The programme was established by the Decision No 508/2000/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council, and prolonged by Decision No 626/2004/EC. In the Financial Perspective 2007-2013 the programme is succeeded by the Culture 2007 programme, established by the Decision No 1855/2006/EC. Its budget amounts to 400 million €. The programme is implemented by the Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency.
