The proposal for a European Commission decision to finance certain measures under certain programme. It is submitted for the opinion of the relevant management committee. It describes the general background, nature, scope and objectives and modalities of measures proposed and indicate the funding foreseen. It is the basis for adopting a Financing Decision.

relevantnom Upravnom odboru.
Prijedlog opisuje opću pozadinu,
prirodu, opseg i ciljeve te modalitete
predloženih mjera, a naznačuje i
predviđena financijska sredstva. Na
temelju njega se donosi odluka o
financiranju.
