The part of the tender which contains all non-financial elements of the tender dossier, i.e. all elements otherthan the financial offer which are required by the tender dossier. The technical offer must not contain any financial indications.
Dio ponude koji sadrži sve ne-financijske elemente natječajne dokumentacije, tj. sve elemente koji se traže u natječajnoj dokumentaciji osim financijske ponude. Tehnička ponuda ne smije sadržavati nikakve financijske naznake.
