Management Committee

Odbor uspostavljen uredbom o nekom programu, koji se periodično sastaje u Bruxellesu; sastoji se od predstavnika zemalja članica EU, a njime predsjedava EK. Zadaća upravnog odbora za neki program je, između ostalog, osigurati ispravno upravljanje programom i provjeravati provodi li se program u skladu s dugoročnom strateškom orijentacijom, definiranom u strateškim dokumentima programa. U kontekstu pretpristupnih programa, upravni odbori odobravaju inicijalne višegodišnje i godišnje programe za određenu zemlju korisnicu te moguće naknadne realokacije. U kontekstu pomoći dostupne Hrvatskoj relevantni su sljedeći upravni odbori : Upravni odbor programa CARDS, Upravni odbor programa PHARE, STAR odbor (za programe SAPARD i IPA-RD), Upravni odbor za program ISPA, Odbor programa IPA (općeniti, za IPA TAIB i IPA CBC) te Koordinacijski odbor ERDF-a, ESF-a i Kohezijskog fonda (za IPA Regionalni razvoj i IPA HRD).

A committee, established by a programme regulation, meeting periodically in Brussels, composed of representatives of the EU Member States, and chaired by the EC. The task of the management committee is to ensure sound management of the programme and to check whether the long-term strategic orientations defined in the programme's strategic documents are observed. In the context of pre-accession programmes, management committees approve initial multi-annual and annual programmes for a particular beneficiary country and possible subsequent reallocations. In the context of assistance available to Croatia there are the following management committees: CARDS Management Committee, PHARE Management Committee, STAR Committee (for SAPARD and IPARD), ISPA Management Committee, IPA Committee (general, for IPA TAIB and IPA CBC), and Coordination Committee of ERDF, ESF and the Cohesion Fund (for IPA Regional Development and IPA HRD).
