Kratica za "Joint Assistance in Supporting Projects in European Regions" - Zajednička pomoć za podršku projektima u europskim regijama. U okviru instrumenata kohezijske politike za razdoblje 2007.-2013., inicijativa Europske komisije u suradnji s Europskom investicijskom bankom (EIB-om) i Europskom bankom za obnovu i razvoj (EBRD-om) za podršku infrastrukturnim projektima. Objedinjuje ekspertizu i resurse relevantne za kohezijsku politiku, a cilj mu je pomoći državama članicama pripremiti velike projekte te na taj način poboljšati kvalitetu, kvantitetu i brzinu provedbe projekata, koji se podnose za odobravanje Europske komisije.

In the framework of the cohesion policy instruments for the period 2007-2013, an initiative by the European Commission in cooperation with the European Investment Bank (EIB) and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) providing support for infrastructure projects. It pools cohesion policy expertise and resources. Its aim is to help the Member States in the preparation of major projects and thus improve the quantity, quality and rapidity of projects coming forward for approval by the European Commission.
