As the result of project activities analyses were carried out and recommendations provided for the improvement of both legal and institutional framework as well as working processes and procedures necessary for the successful operation of the National School for Public Administration. Additionally, recommendations were drafted for the improvement of the Management Training Programme on the basis of pilot workshops organized within the project for both civil servants and public servants. The implementation period of the project started on 6 February and will end on 6 August 2015.
