The overall objective of this project is to increase the protection and improvement of mental health, including more accessible and more effective treatment and rehabilitation of persons with mental health disorders. The purpose of this project is strengthening mental health protection through strengthening community capacities and improving public awareness on mental health issues. At the end of the project, Croatian relevant medical authorities will be able to shift towards community-based mental health system. Once the project has been completed, the mental health professionals will be able to say „we’ll be there where our clients want to be successful“.
