Days of EU Funds
The third Days of EU Funds were held in Hotel Sheraton Zagreb at 15th and 16th October 2012. Free expert lectures and informing through Info-desks for potential beneficiaries of EU funds were organized during this two-day event. The Days of EU Funds were organized by the Ministry of Regional Development and EU Funds and Central Finance and Contracting Agency in cooperation with other institutions of Operating Structure for pre-accession programmes.
Capacity building of the Croatian Agency for Protection of Personal Data
Closing ceremony of the twinning project "Capacity building of the Croatian Agency for Protection of Personal Data" financed under EU IPA 2007 Programme for Croatia were held. The objective of this project worth 1.347.762,90 EUR was strengthening of the consultative and supervisory role of the Croatian Agency for Protection of Personal Data.
Strengthening the administrative capacity of Croatian Tax Administration on mutual cooperation in the field of taxation
On 11 October 2012, a formal opening ceremony marked the beginning of the Twinning Light project “Strengthening the administrative capacity of Croatian Tax Administration on mutual cooperation in the field of taxation".
Technical Assistance for the Development of National Environmental Noise Strategy for Republic of Croatia
The Ministry of Health and the Delegation of the European Union to the Republic of Croatia held a closing eremony of the project “Technical Assistance for the Development of National Environmental Noise Strategy for Republic of Croatia” Financed under EU IPA 2009 Programme for Croatia.
New Twinning project started
The formal opening ceremony marked the official start of the implementation of IPA 2009 Twinning Project “Improving experts’ capacities for the protection of rights and interests of children and youth placed in homes for children and youth with behavioural disorders”.
ALL CONTRACTS PLANNED WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF IPA 2008 PROGRAMME - NUCLEAR SAFETY AND RADIATION PROTECTION ARE SIGNED
Central Finance and Contracting Agency has concluded all contracts planned within the framework of IPA 2008 related to nuclear safety and radiation protection. Contracting deadline for aforementioned programme expires on 30th September 2012.
Four contracts in the total amount of 804.174,38 EUR were signed, from which 676.846,78 EUR is financed by European Union through aforementioned programme.
New Twinning project started
The Ministry of Agriculture and the Delegation of the European Union to the Republic of Croatia held the opening ceremony of the Twinning project “Capacity building for implementation of the Directive on pollution caused by certain dangerous substances discharged into the aquatic environment and the Water Framework Directive” financed under EU IPA 2009 Programme for Croatia.
The objective of this project worth € 737.000,00 is to contribute to the further harmonization and implementation of the EU Water related aquis communautaire in the Republic of Croatia.
Further Strengthening of the Public private partnership system in the Republic of Croatia
Delegation of the European Union to the Republic of Croatia and Agency for Public Private Partnership of the Republic of Croatia presented the IPA 2008 Twinning Light contract “Further Strengthening of the Public private partnership system in the Republic of Croatia”, financed by the EU.
Total value of the contract amounts is €250,000.00.
This project is being implemented by the Agency for Public Private Partnership in cooperation with Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Lithuania and Central Project Management Agency. Project implementation duration is 6 months, from September 3rd, 2012, to March 1st, 2013.
