This project will provide technical assistance to the Operational Structure bodies in carrying out their tasks envisaged under IPA Implementing Regulation and Manuals of procedures related to implementation of projects in the period 2010-2011. The provision of technical assistance shall be related to financial management, reporting to the various stakeholders, preparation of monitoring sheets, monitoring of programme outputs and results, annual implementation reports, work plan preparation, carrying out on-the-spot check controls including risk assessment, managing irregularities, managing “N+3” rule and other procedures and tasks as defined in relevant Manual of procedures for IPA programme.
