The purpose of this service contract is to assist in establishing a national team of experts within the Transport Operating Structure capable of independent identification, assessment and preparation of major project applications for future EU funding in the transport sector. Technical assistance will be focused on training of the staff through formal training sessions and learning by doing activities in the fields such as: conduction of needs analysis, pre-feasibility studies, feasibility studies, economic and financial analysis, environmental impact assessment reports, preparation of funding applications, etc. | |
