The purpose of this contract is to develop and install International Legal Assistance (ILA) IT system that will increase the efficiency and transparency of overall case-handling in the Sector for International Legal Assistance within the Ministry of Justice. Therefore, the Consultant is expected to make an analysis of similar EU IT systems and, based on that analysis, to design an IT system that will enable efficient case tracking and advanced search capabilities. The new IT system will also support functionalities of custom designed reports and statistical overviews and provide possibility to exchange data with national/international institutions in digital form. Moreover, an aim of this contract is to train the employees for efficient usage of the IT system.
