This project will provide assistance to the Operating Structure with management of Environmental Operational Programme; assistance with transition from IPA to Structural Funds (SF) implementation rules, including transition from PRAG to nationally regulated public procurement; support for preparation, improvement and revision of procedures and tools for control-related working practices; guides for project preparation; tools for project evaluation; assistance to Operating structure bodies regarding programming for 2014-2020 related to environmental sectoral inputs in line with specific rules applicable for structural funds; preparation and execution of training activities on management of EU funds (structural funds/Cohesion fund), technical matters and contract implementation. | |
