costs and benefits over time to determine the project's return on investment. A comparison is made between the situation "with" and "without" the project to determine the
net benefit of the project.
Standardna analiza javnih projekata koji se financiraju iz fondova EU. Uključuje procjenu troškova i koristi kroz duže vrijeme, kako bi se odredila profitabilnost ulaganja. Uspoređuje se situacija ,,s" i „bez" projekta, kako bi se odredila neto korist od projekta.
