A CARDS document based on the Country Strategy Paper (CSP) reflecting the priorities set out in the framework of the SAp and the priorities identified and agreed with the government of the beneficiary country. It is drawn up for a certain period of time, gives indicative amounts per priority sector and sets out criteria for funding from the assistance programme.
Dokument u sklopu programa CARDS što se temelji na Strategiji EK za zemlju korisnicu, a koji odražava prioritete u okviru PSP-a te prioritete identificirane i dogovorene s vladom zemlje korisnice. Izrađuje se za određeno vremensko razdoblje; daje indikativne svote po prioritetnom sektoru i navodi kriterije za financiranje iz programa pomoći.
