The PHARE 2006 twinning project \”Strengthening the Enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights\” was formally launched at the EU Info Centre in Zagreb on Thursday. The purpose of the EUR 1.27 million project is to strengthen the capacity of the central administration in combating counterfeiting and piracy in Croatia.
