Croatian customs service gets computerised transit system
The Delegation of the European Commission in Croatia, the Croatian Customs Administration and Finance Ministry, and the APIS IT company on Wednesday launched a new, computerised transit system for the Croatian customs service which links the national computerised customs system with similar systems in EU member-countries. The project is fully aligned with the European New Computerised Transit System (NCTS) which all EU member-countries are required to have because of the importance of monitoring the movement of goods.
