The Finance Ministry Tax Administration and IBM Croatia on Monday presented a project on the obligatory development of the VIES system for the exchange of information on Value Added Tax. The project was co-financed by the European Commission as part of the PHARE 2005 programme in order to prepare and adjust Croatia\’s VAT system to that in European Union countries.
