Croatia and France have successfully completed the twinning project \”Strengthening the Administrative Capacity for Management and Implementation of the IPA/ESF Programme\”, the purpose of which has been to prepare Croatia for the successful use of the European Social Fund, the closing event said in Zagreb on Wednesday.
