The European Commission Delegation in Croatia and the Croatian Ministry of the Interior on Friday formally marked the closing of the PHARE 2005 twinning project \”Strengthening Human Resources Management, Education and Training at the Ministry of the Interior – Police Academies\”, the purpose of which was to reform the Interior Ministry in the process of Croatia\’s accession to the European Union.
