Twinning light project for Agency for Regional Development – Opening ceremony
The Twinning Light Project„Further assistance for establishment and implementation of First Level Control system within European Territorial Cooperation Programmes (CRO ETC)“ will be implemented in the framework of the Twinning programme, an instrument for the cooperation between Public Administrations of EU Member States (MS) and beneficiary countries. The project is financed by the Instrument of the Pre-accession assistance (IPA) of the European Union.
