“Strengthening of Croatian administration in charge of accreditation of agriculture paying agency”
On Thursday, 14th, February 2013 a formal closing ceremony marked the official ending of the IPA twinning project “Strengthening of Croatian administration in charge of accreditation of agriculture paying agency”.
The objective of this project worth 222.222 € was to support the Ministry of Agriculture in setting up a functional system for the accreditation of Agriculture Paying Agency for the use of EU agricultural funds.
The accreditation of Agriculture Paying Agencies in all EU Member States is a precondition for the use of EU agricultural funds. The accreditation is a procedure by which the Competent Authority (Ministry of Agriculture) verifies whether the Agriculture Paying Agency has the appropriate administrative organisation and system of internal control required for the management of EU agriculture funds.
