Opening ceremony of the project "Integrated Border Management-IBM"
Delegation of the European Union in the RepublicofCroatia, the Ministry of Finance, and Customs Administration, Border Police Directorate presented the twinning project IBM – Further strengthening of enforcement capacities of Customs and Border Police. The objective of this project worth € 500.000 – is further development of an efficient and effective Croatian Integrated Border Management system, which will establish greater security at international borders and diminish cross border crime and illegal migration thus providing the right balance between safety and security and trade facilitation. The project is financed by the European Union and will be implemented within 12 months.
