New General Administration Procedure Act protects interests of citizens
International conference called „GAPA and the protection of citizens’ interests – novelties, benefits, challenges”, attended by numerous Croatian and international experts were held in Zagreb. The conference was organized by the Ministry of Public Administration as part of the EU funded IPA 2008 project „Support to the General Administration Procedure Act“, and it discussed the benefits of the new GAPA for the citizens and the Act’s implementation in Croatia.
