Opening ceremony of the project “Support to HAKOM in the area of accounting separation of postal services”
The purpose of the project, financed under EU IPA 2009 Programme for Croatia, is to improve regulatory capacity of HAKOM staff in the area of accounting separation of the public operator of postal services.
