Istrian Development Agency (IDA), the beneficiary of project \”Re.Cen.T.\” (\”Regional Centres for Trainings\”) financed by European Commission within the Phare 2005 programme, presented the programme of active employment measures for the groups threatened by social exclusion at the final conference in Pula held on Thursday.
