Zagreb – Opening ceremony of the Twinning project “Strengthening the Institutional Capacity for Blood, Tissues and Cells” were held in the Ministry oh Health. The project was financed under EU IPA 2009 Programme for Croatia. The objective of this project worth one million € is to protect the public health by ensuring the quality and safety of blood, tissues and cells obtained from the donation.
