Opening Ceremony for the Twinning Light project “Enhancing Identification of Victims of Trafficking in Human Beings”

Croatian Government Office for Human Rights and the Rights of National Minorities together with Romanian National Agency against Trafficking in Persons officially launched the EU funded Twining Light Project “Enhancing Identification of Victims of Trafficking in Human Beings”. The overall objective of the project is the enhancement of the capacities of key stakeholders in combating trafficking in human beings; thus raising the level of protection of victims of trafficking in the Republic of Croatia in order to meet EU standards.
The Project has a budget of 191.888, 20 € and will be implemented over a period of 6 months, from17 January 2012 till 16 July 2013 by the Romanian National Agency against Trafficking in Persons, the final recipient being the Croatian Government Office for Human Rights and the Rights of National Minorities.
