The project achieved the following results:
- CES activities, services and business processes targeted at foreign and national employers interested in EURES and recruitment on the European level improved through preparing Recommendations for improvements and adaptation of CES EURES services to employers, sharing information and guidelines regarding ongoing EURES reform with relevant CES actors, elaborating procedures and working methods for daily work employers (including examples of best practice), providing Recommendations for the adaptation of the CES Job Search Engine so as to include the European perspective and preparing the structure and content of a CES webpage section dedicated to EURES services to employers;
- Strengthening of CES counsellors\’ capacities in providing quality services to employers through conduction of training;
- Enhancement of employers\’ and other stakeholders\’ awareness about the EURES network and possibilities of European recruitment, via diverse promotional activities and material.
The project served to prepare Croatia for the entry to the European labour market and international recruitment.
