Further improvement of institutional capacity of all Misdemeanour Courts
On Tuesday, 13th November 2012, an opening ceremony marked the official beginning of the IPA 2009 Twinning Project “Further improvement of institutional capacity of all Misdemeanour Courts”. The project is implemented by the High Misdemeanour Court and the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Croatia in collaboration with the German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation (IRZ). Two core institutions, General Police Directorate and State Inspectorate will also participate in the project.
The 21-month project, which started in October 2012 will end in June 2014, and has a total value of 900.000 € (around 6.7 mil. HRK).
