The closing ceremony of the twinning light project financed under EU IPA 2007 Programme for Croatia
The Ministry of Finance and the Delegation of the European Union to the Republic of Croatia held the closing ceremony of the twinning light project “Strengthening the administrative capacity of Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Croatia in relation to the implementation of the new concession and public-private partnership legislation” financed under EU IPA 2007 Programme for Croatia.
The objective of this project, worth 246.618,08 EUR, was to effectively implement and enforce a coherent and transparent concessions and PPP system inCroatiabased on the new concessions and PPP legislation, new institutional setting and best EU practice. The results of the project are developed tools and guides for the implementation of the new legal framework as well as further improvement of the administrative capacity of the Ministry of Finance and other stakeholders (i.e. concession donors-key players).
