Suspension on the signature for contracts from PHARE 2006 is cancelled to Croatia
European Commission officially confirmed that suspension on the signature for contracts from PHARE 2006 program has been cancelled. The total value of these contracts is 52 million euros. It is considered from Bruxelles, that Croatia has made a great progress in fulfillment of benchmarks set by the Commission – i.e. the Central Finance and Contracting Agency has been founded and many new staff has been employed there. The quality of the documents has also been improved and an essential quality control has been established, by employing new staff in Quality Assurance Sector.
