One of the strategic objectives of the Central Finance and Contracting Agency (CFCA) is the dissemination of acquired knowledge related to the management system of EU funded projects (through the education of employees in key partner and beneficiary institutions) as well as the strengthening of its own administrative capacities.
Taking that into account, the CFCA started with the implementation of systematic training programme in 2009 when the Education Department (today: Service for Education) was established within the Education and HRM Directorate. The primary task of the Service for Education is a development and organisation of various educational activities for CFCA employees and employees of public administration bodies responsible for preparation, implementation, management and/or control of implementation of EU funded projects, as well as for the beneficiaries of ESI funded projects.
