The overall objective of this project worth 225.000,00 EUR is to increase the quality of primary legislation by using regulatory impact assessment (RIA) thus assisting public administration in becoming an efficient service capable of drafting clear and simple legislation.
The project purpose is to strengthen capacities of the Government Legislation Office and line ministries in regards to implementation of RIA system into legislation making process with a special focus on building capacities for analysis of economic, environmental and social impacts in drafting legislation.
