During the implementation of the project, the entrepreneurs learned how to cooperate with the member states, what are the possibilities of benefit from the pre-accession funds and co-financing of business activities and the advantages of continental tourism.
Furthermore, many seminars and workshops took place for the entrepreneurs and members of the project team, a new web site and a strategic plan of the Women Entrepreneurship Centre were created (www.zpc.hr).
These seminars provided the entrepreneurs with establishing contacts and exchange of experience with the project partner from Italy, and it was agreed that their web site would promote Croatian entrepreneurs free of charge, which will improve cooperation.
Above listed activities motivated the attendants to apply for EU tenders, and raised the awareness on the need for learning, cooperation and usage of acquired knowledge.
The total budget of the project was 47.535,00 euros, while 30.897,75 euros of the amount was granted by the EU within Phare 2005 Programme for Cross-Border Cooperation, and the rest was financed by the Ministry of the Sea, Transport and Infrastructure and the Organization.
