Results of online Twinning survey about collaboration with CFCA

From 18 December 2023 to 22 January 2024, the Twinning Service conducted an anonymous online survey on cooperation with the CFCA as an administrative body for the implementation of Twinning projects, with the aim of obtaining feedback from experts who participated in their implementation. The statements from the survey were rated by 59 experts on a scale from 1 (strongly disagree) to 5 (strongly agree).

The survey included topics primarily related to satisfaction with administrative and technical support and the usefulness of information provided by the CFCA, as well as competence, professional knowledge and communication with the CFCA employees. The second part of the survey refers to the experience of experts in the implementation of the Twinning instrument. The survey results are presented below.

1. COOPERATION WITH THE CFCA AS AN ADMINISTRATIVE BODY FOR TWINNING

1.1. The CFCA provides high-quality administrative and technical support in project implementation.

1.2. Information and documentation obtained through cooperation with the CFCA during the project implementation are useful.

1.3. The CFCA employees have competencies and professional knowledge related to the Twinning instrument.

1.4. Communication with the CFCA employees is professional and constructive.

2. EXPERIENCE IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF TWINNING INSTRUMENT

2.1. The experience gained through the implementation of the project contributes to the personal and professional development of employees of state and public administration bodies.

2.2. Being a part of the project provided me with new ideas that I can apply at my workplace.

2.3. Participation in Twinning/Twinning light projects is recognized in my institution as an added value that contributes to the strengthening of institutional capacities.

2.4. I want to participate in future Twinning/Twinning light projects from the area of my professional expertise.
