The purpose of this grant scheme is strengthening the competitiveness of SMEs through facilitating the investments in technology and manufacturing methods which promote green economy, as well as strengthening of development potentials for new and competitive products in line with ecological and other international standards.
Through introducing international ecological standards and energy efficient technologies in manufacturing processes, the competitiveness of SMEs will be strengthened. The new and more competitive products will be developed more easily by application of best practices and successful business models.
The beneficiaries have 3 million EUR at their disposal, whilst the individual support will be valued from 50.000 to 200.000 EUR. Contribution from IPA funds may amount up to 85% from the total value of awarded funds.
Both medium and small entrepreneurs may submit their proposals until 20th February 2012.
