The expected results of the project are:
- Analysis of the follow-up to the recommendations issued under the IPA 2008 project \”Support to the establishment of a State School for Judicial Officials\” implemented in 2011
- Professional training programme of the Judicial Academy’s State School for Judicial Officials in EU law upgraded and trainers of the State School attendants trained on selected topics in EU law, with a particular emphasis on the functioning of the European Court of Justice and its case law
- Recommendations for the improvement of the work flow of the State School Department for Professional Training Programme Implementation provided
- Filing system (data base) of the State School attendants designed
In conclusion, the final aim of the project is to strengthen the work of the State School for Judicial Officials through upgrading its existing professional training programme in EU law and through upgrading its work flow by designing a filing system (data base) for the State School attendants.
